The ease of asynchronous learning allows you to do the training when and where you choose. But allowing people the freedom also allows them to NOT do it. It’s too easy to push off things without a scheduled start and end time, pushing it back again and again as live calls and other deadlines take priority.
Most participants engage with the course more when we do a live kickoff call with a CVI consultant. This step adds a human element to asynchronous learning, which encourages people to prioritize it.
To help participants get the very most out of their training, please request your IT Department whitelist these 4 domains to ensure participants receive communications integral to the success of their eLearning program.

Your CVI Customer Engagement Manager will provide you login details for your Inline Training Program.
We have found it is helpful for Sales Leaders to check in on progress during weekly 1:1. This adds another touch point of human interaction, which encourages participants to prioritize the training. When Leaders check in on their team members’ progress, they get the message that the training is important.
